Dr. Justin Cifuni

Having attained Diplomate status with the American Board of Periodontology, Dr. Cifuni is one of the most elite upper echelons of specialists in the field of periodontics and dental implant dentistry across the United States. He is a board-certified periodontist who specializes in dental implant surgery, various laser therapies, and hard and soft tissue regeneration. Over the years, he’s performed thousands of implant procedures and tooth extractions, and our team is ecstatic to bring his particular set of skills and expertise to our patients. Dr. Rania Arif

Dr. Rania Arif earned her dental degree from Western University of Health Sciences after graduating from the University of California, Davis. She is an active member of the American Dental Association, Massachusetts Dental Society, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Arif is constantly expanding her knowledge and continuing education through organizations like Spear Education, RipeGlobal, Phelan Dental Seminars, Stribe, and Boston University. She has dedicated herself to fully customizing her approach to each patient to help them feel right at home while she provides fully personalized care.

Susan – Office Manager

Susan has been with our practice for over 10 years. She has been in the dental field for over 40 years. She is a graduate of the Northeastern University dental assisting program, completing her studies there in 1978. Susan keeps our dental office running smoothly and helps each patient have a pleasant experience.

In her free time, Susan enjoys camping and boating. She is married with two sons. Her older son is serving in the Navy, and the younger son is serving in the Air Force. She and her spouse are so proud of their sons and their choice to serve their country.

Deborah – Dental Hygienist

Deborah has been with our team for over 20 years. She received her education at Forsyth School of Dental Hygiene and Northeastern University.

When not at work, Deborah enjoys tennis, fitness, entertaining and traveling.

“I enjoy what I do and the connection I share with my patients. I’ve been with this practice for many years, and I think it helps patients to see a friendly and familiar face. I try to put my patients at ease, and I look forward to seeing them. I work with a great group of people and do my best to help out where I’m needed when I can.” — Deborah

Italia – Dental Hygienist

Italia is a Massachusetts native, so she chose to complete her studies at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. In addition to earning her bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene, she has more than three years of experience working in the dental field. Now, her favorite part of her job is meeting new people and building stronger relationships with her existing patients.

Italia has a loving group of friends and family, and she loves spending as much time as she can with them outside the office. When asked to share something interesting about herself, she said, “One thing about me is I enjoy helping patients lead healthier lives!”

Lacey – Dental Hygienist

Originally from Westport, Lacey attended Mount Ida College and Regis College, earning her bachelor's degree in dental hygiene with a minor in business. She’s been part of the dental field for a decade and counting, and the best part of her job is building lasting relationships with patients. Helping them achieve their best smiles is the most rewarding feeling for her.

Away from the office, Lacey loves spending time with her family, who are her biggest support system. Her hobbies include shopping, concerts, sporting events, and being with her loved ones. She’s also a fan of Caesar salads and buffalo chicken!

Stephanie – Dental Assistant

With well over a decade of experience in dentistry, Stephanie loves being able to help patients achieve their healthiest smiles while keeping them comfortable during their visits. She graduated from Porter and Chester with her certification in dental assisting, and you can typically find her around the office assisting the dentist during procedures.

At home, Stephanie loves spending time with her three beautiful children, which is one of the most important things to her. She also enjoys being with her partner, trying new restaurants, going on weekend getaways, or simply relaxing and watching a scary movie. She also likes hiking, shopping with her daughter, and enjoying anything scary or Halloween-related!

Ashley – Support Coordinator

With more than ten years in the dental field, Ashley takes pride in helping her team work more smoothly and effectively while supporting their care for patients. Contributing in a meaningful way each day brings her a strong sense of purpose and satisfaction. Her background includes seven years at a major orthodontic organization, where she built her foundation in dentistry. Outside of work, Ashley shares her home with her fiancé and their two cats, Sienna and Brady. She enjoys unwinding with reality TV and podcasts that dissect the drama, browsing TJX stores for hidden gems, and taking weekend getaways around New England with friends. A devoted Jonas Brothers fan, she’s attended seven concerts so far and plans to never miss a show in Massachusetts!

Jessica – Office Manager

Originating from Randolph, Jessica has well over a decade of experience working in the dental field. As our office manager, she enjoys interacting with patients and having the opportunity to provide a positive, lasting impact on their oral health. She attended Quincy College before studying at Boston University for her radiology certification. Her career began as a dental assistant and she underwent countless hours of continuing education, receiving multiple certifications in various areas, including dental management.

If you don’t find her at the office, Jessica is with her husband and their three beautiful children. Other than dentistry, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends as well as traveling to new places for adventure. One amazing fact about her: she’s multilingual, being able to speak English, Arabic, and French!
