Dr. Mays Al-Saffar

Dr. Al-Saffar says that there is nothing better than changing the life of a patient by giving them a smile that no longer causes them pain or embarrassment. She has seen people’s personalities completely blossom in the chair thanks to their renewed confidence, and she strives to deliver these types of results to every patient.

Dr. Luccio has a degree in biology from the University of Richmond, and he attended the Tufts University School of Dental Medicine for his dental degree. After graduating, he was given the American Academy of Periodontology’s Achievement Award for academic and clinical excellence.

Dr. Herr attended The Ohio State University, earning a bachelor’s in microbiology, and he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. He went on to complete a yearlong clerkship focused on dental implant prosthodontics and oral surgery.

Dr. Rania Arif earned her dental degree from Western University of Health Sciences after graduating from the University of California, Davis. She is an active member of the American Dental Association, Massachusetts Dental Society, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Arif is constantly expanding her knowledge and continuing education through organizations like Spear Education, RipeGlobal, Phelan Dental Seminars, Stribe, and Boston University. She has dedicated herself to fully customizing her approach to each patient to help them feel right at home while she provides fully personalized care.

Susan has been with our practice for over 10 years. She has been in the dental field for over 40 years. She is a graduate of the Northeastern University dental assisting program, completing her studies there in 1978. Susan keeps our dental office running smoothly and helps each patient have a pleasant experience.
In her free time, Susan enjoys camping and boating. She is married with two sons. Her older son is serving in the Navy, and the younger son is serving in the Air Force. She and her spouse are so proud of their sons and their choice to serve their country.

Deborah – Dental Hygienist

Deborah has been with our team for over 20 years. She received her education at Forsyth School of Dental Hygiene and Northeastern University.
When not at work, Deborah enjoys tennis, fitness, entertaining and traveling.

I try to put my patients at ease, and I look forward to seeing them. I work with a great group of people and do my best to help out where I’m needed when I can.” — Deborah
Mimose – Certified Dental Assistant

After six years in the dental field, Mimose joined our team in 2021. She attended high school and college in Haiti before completing dental school in Boston. Today, she has her dental assisting license and is certified in CPR. For her, taking care of each patient is the best thing about being a Dental Assistant!
Away from the office, Mimose loves spending time with her son, who she loves very much. Here’s something you may not know about her: she speaks French and Haitian Creole.
Cindy – Administration Coordinator

Originally from Dorchester, Cindy has a background in dental assisting! Plus, she studied at Bay State College, she is CPR certified, and she has more than five years of experience in the dental field. When she was asked what she likes most about her job, she said that it’s helping patients! Being a part of their treatment and seeing their smile in the end makes her job extremely rewarding.
When Cindy isn’t at our office, she enjoys spending her time working out, hiking, taking long car rides, and going on spontaneous adventures. She also loves dancing!
